Who we are.

This website is operated by Harper Avery Insurance, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an independently owned and operated GEICO Exclusive Agency led by Blake Sims, with an office at 4726 Poplar Ave, Suite 4, Memphis, TN 38117. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site and from people who contact our office, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information collected on this website.

This site is an informational website. It has no login, no account system, and no forms that collect your personal information. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels.

Like nearly every website, some technical information is logged automatically when you visit:

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use these logs for site operations and security.
• Web fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell this information or share it with anyone for marketing.

Quote requests.

The quote buttons on this site take you to sales.geico.com, GEICO's secure quote system. Any information you enter there, such as your name, address, date of birth, driver's license number, or vehicle details, is collected and processed by GEICO under GEICO's privacy policy, not this one. As the servicing agency for quotes started through our links, we may receive that information from GEICO in order to help you complete your quote and service your policy.

Information you give us directly.

When you call, text, or email our office, or visit us in person, we collect the information needed to help you: typically your name, contact information, and the details required to quote or service an insurance policy. We use it to respond to you, prepare quotes, service policies, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed insurance agency.

SMS and text messaging.

How we share information.

We share personal information only as needed to do our job:

• GEICO and affiliated underwriters, to prepare quotes and issue and service policies.
• Service providers that run basic infrastructure for us, such as website hosting and message delivery. They may use the information only to provide those services.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a request from our state insurance regulators.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service your policy and to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements in the states where we are licensed. Website hosting logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them for operations and security.

Security.

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Office records are limited to staff who need them to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information in our care.

Your choices and rights.

• You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion. Some records must be retained under insurance regulations even after a deletion request.
• Reply STOP to any text from our office to opt out of texting.
• Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights. We honor applicable state privacy law requests through the contact information below.

Children.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy.

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent or personal information will be reflected here before they take effect.
